Discover our immersive African Workshop, where children enhance their social and cultural understanding while enjoying mental health benefits like improved emotional and physical well-being. Through engaging activities such as lively drumming, expressive dance, and storytelling, children experience Africa’s vibrant energy, rhythms, and traditions firsthand. Our sessions incorporate proven tools from DBT, Narrative therapy, and Art therapy to promote mindfulness, emotional resilience, and creativity.
